Managed tiers run Claude Sonnet 4.6 (Anthropic, US) and Mistral Large (Mistral AI, France) — EU-residency customers select Mistral as their primary provider; other customers may use it as a fallback or for selected workloads. Each customer gets an isolated container with its own encrypted vault and database on a shared tenant host at Hetzner in Germany. A dedicated single-tenant VPS is available as an Enterprise upgrade on request.
