Prices based on entry-level paid plans for a single user, as of early 2026. Actual costs vary by plan tier and team size. lynox managed plans require an AI provider (BYOK) or include AI credits (Managed / Managed Pro). Self-hosted requires your own API key ($1–5/day typical).
Where they're still better
lynox replaces
most of the stack, not all of it.
The honest version of the comparison. lynox is good at the operational layer — knowledge graph, conversations, follow-ups, workflows. It is not trying to be the deepest tool in every category. Here is what each specialised SaaS still does better than lynox today.
| Tool | What lynox covers | Where they're still better |
|---|---|---|
| Pipedrive CRM | Contacts, companies, deals, pipeline stages, interaction history — all extracted from conversations, no manual entry. | Drag-and-drop pipeline UI, deep reporting and forecasting, mobile app, multi-rep collaboration, sales-team features. |
| Zapier Workflow automation | Workflow capture from natural conversation, recurring tasks, conditional logic, scheduled runs in the background worker. | 6,000+ pre-built integrations. lynox covers HTTP-callable APIs via the api_setup learner; pre-built one-click connectors for niche apps are still Zapier's edge. |
| Lemlist Email outreach | Personalised draft generation, follow-up sequences that adapt to replies, in-thread context from the knowledge graph. | Deliverability tooling (warmup pools, domain reputation), A/B testing infrastructure, dedicated sender-IP management. |
| Notion Knowledge base | Knowledge graph with entity resolution, semantic search across notes / threads / contacts, auto-extracted relationships. | Block-based editor, page-tree navigation, structured wikis, multi-cursor team editing, page templates and embeds. |
| Calendly Scheduling | Follow-up reminders, time-of-day rules, conversational nudges ("book this for Tuesday"). | Real-time calendar availability, team round-robin, booking-page UI, payment collection. CalDAV integration is on the lynox roadmap but not in main yet. |
| UptimeRobot Monitoring | Lightweight HTTP health checks via background cron, alerts routed through the notification system. | Geo-distributed probe network, deep PagerDuty / Opsgenie integrations, SSL-cert expiry monitoring, status-page hosting. |
| Superhuman Email triage | Inbox prioritisation, draft replies grounded in the knowledge graph, follow-up tracking. | Keyboard-first UI optimised for raw speed, mobile app polish, calendar-integrated read-receipts. |
This list is the same one our README calls "what lynox isn't good at yet" — extended with the tools you might be paying for in each category. If your business depends on one of the "better" capabilities above, lynox alone is probably not the right call yet. The honest read is: lynox replaces the operational layer that ties tools together, not every specialised tool inside it.
